An auto call (or robo-call) is a pre-recorded message usually 30 – 60 seconds in length. This is sent to a list of phone number the customer provides. You can either record the voice message via our easy to use web platform, or we can get the voice professionally recorded.

Yes. We do not allow our system to be used for unwanted calls. Each user is LEGALLY responsible for ensuring that their use of the system complies with all applicable laws and all other provisions within our Terms of Use. You must agree to the Terms of Use each time you sign into our automated system.

If someone is not available to answer, we can deliver your message to an answering machine. If a phone line is busy or someone doesn’t have an answering machine we will attempt to deliver your message an additional times you specify.
